摘要 分析了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司厚板连铸机高碳钢钢板边裂缺陷的产生原因,采取优化结晶器锥度和二次冷却强度、提高扇形段接弧精度和结晶器足辊接弧精度等措施后,高碳钢钢板边裂发生率仅为0.95%。 The causes leading to crack defects occurred at edge of wide heavy steel plates with high carbon casted by the heavy slab continuous caster in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.were analyzed.After taking such measures as optimizing the taper of the mould and the intensity in secondary cooling,improving the precision for arc connections in sector segment and precision for arc connections of foot rollers to the mould,the occurrence rate of edge cracks of the steel plates was only 0.95%.
