不同光照强度及温度对刺槐主要生理代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同层数的纱布遮阴得到不同的光照强度,通过保温材料隔离成小室得到不同的温度条件,对不同光照强度、温度条件下2年生刺槐幼苗的光合、呼吸作用进行了研究,比较了适宜的温度条件下不同光照强度刺槐苗叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明:光照强度、温度条件可对刺槐的光合作用、呼吸作用产生不同程度的影响,几种光照强度下刺槐的净光合速率均以25℃时为最高;温度相同的情况下,随着光照强度的增加,刺槐的净光合速率、光呼吸速率、暗呼吸速率均有不同程度的增加、叶绿素的含量逐渐降低;在光照强度一致的情况下,净光合速率随着温度的增加先增加再降低、光呼吸和暗呼吸速率表现为不同程度的增加。叶绿素含量表现出随光照强度的增加而降低的规律。 Different shades of gauze are used to obtain different light intensities,and different temperature conditions are obtained by isolating the cells into insulation chambers.The photosynthesis and respiration of biennial Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings under different light intensity and temperature conditions were compared.Changes of chlorophyll content in Robinia pseudoacacia seedlings with different light intensities under appropriate temperature conditions.Result shows that the light intensity&temperature conditions can affect the photosynthesis and respiration of Robinia pseudoacacia to varying degrees.The net photosynthetic rate of Robinia pseudoacacia is the highest at about 25℃ under several light intensities.With the increase of light intensity,the net photosynthetic rate,light respiration rate&dark respiration rate of Robinia pseudoacacia all increase to varying degrees,and the chlorophyll content gradually decrease.Under the same light intensity,the net photosynthetic rate increase first and then decrease with the increase of the temperature.Photorespiratory and dark respiration rates appear to be varying degrees of increase.Chlorophyll content showed a decrease with increasing light intensity.
