移动载荷作用下杆的轴向动力响应分析

摘要 为了对线膛身管在发射过程中导转侧力作用下产生的轴向动力响应进行分析,利用分离变量法求解了匀速移动载荷作用下杆的轴向动力响应控制方程,研究了杆的自由端运动位移和速度随时间的变化关系以及随载荷移动速度的变化关系。载荷移动过程中,自由端产生静止和匀速运动两种运动状态;自由端运动状态发生变化的时刻依赖于杆弹性纵波的传播速度;在自由端做匀速运动的时间段内,自由端的运动速度随着载荷移动速度的增大而增大,同时结合弹性波特征线理论解释了所得结果产生的原因。所得结论对膛内运动过程身管振动响应研究具有一定意义。 In order to analyze the axial dynamic response of the rifling barrel under driving edge force during fire,the control equation of the axial dynamic response of rod with moving loads was solved by using the separation variables method.A study was conducted of the relationships of the velocities and displacements at the free end of the rod to the time change as well as the change of the velocity of the load moving.In the process of load moving,the free end has two kinds of motion states:static motion and uniform motion.The time when the motion state of the free end changes depends on the propagation speed of the elastic longitudinal wave of the rod.In the time period when the free end does uniform motion,the motion speed of the free end increases with the increase of the load moving speed.At the same time,the original result was explained in combination with the elastic characteristic line theory.The conclusion of this paper is of great significance to the study of the vibration response of the barrel in the process of bore motion.
