基于改进型Lanchester的C4ISR体系作战能力评估研究

Research on the C4ISR Combat System Confrontation Capabilities Evaluation Based on Improved Lanchester

目前指控系统评估存在手段老化、评估准确性差、不贴近战场的问题,基于系统论的思想,构建了C4ISR体系作战能力评估指标,凝练出作战过程中的5种核心能力信息支撑能力、指挥控制能力、协同作战能力、信息传输能力和系统保障能力,分析了各种能力之间的关联关系;基于Lanchester方程构建了C4ISR体系作战能力评估数学模型,实现了系统作战能力的量化。设计了战斗实例模型,仿真验证了本评估模型能较好地实现对整个作战过程作战能力的评估。

Based on the current C4ISR system evaluation situation,in this paper constructed was the C4ISR system confrontation evaluation index based on the system theory,with the five kernel abilities in combat process condensed,i.e.,the information support capability,command and control capability,collaborative combat capability,information transmission capability,and system support capability,and with the relationship between various abilities analyzed,so as to solve the problems in evaluation of current C4ISR including the aging means,poor accuracy,not being fit for the battlefield.Based on the improved Lanchester equation,constructed was the mathematical model of the C4ISR system combat capability evaluation,with the system’s combat capability quantified.Finally,a combat case model was designed.The simulation results demonstrate that this model can improve the evaluation perfor-mance explicitly in the entire operational process.
