摘要
在基于激光位移传感器测量火炮身管内径的测试系统中,通过控制步进电机带动激光位移传感器进行非定心测量并绘制出身管内径实际轮廓和标准圆,以此作为判别身管内壁磨损情况的依据。研究发现该算法在实际应用中可能存在因结构装配而导致的系统误差,同时由于算法逻辑较为复杂而易造成计算疏漏。对此,提出了一种水平台校准测量的方法对可能存在的系统误差进行补偿,并改进算法逻辑结构以简化计算过程,实现了对原算法的优化。
In the measurement system of the inner diameter of the gun barrel bore based on the laser displacement sensor,non-centering measurement was carried out by controlling stepping motor for the purpose of driving laser displacement sensor,aimed at drawing actual contour and standard circle of the barrel bore inner diameter,which can be used as the basis for judging the wear condition of the barrel bore inner wall.It is found that the system errors caused by structural assembly may exist in the practical application of the algorithm,and the calculation omissions are easily caused by the complex logic of the algorithm.In order to simplify the calculation process,this paper presented a method called“horizontal bench calibration measurement method”to compensate for the possible systematic errors.In addition,the logic structure of the algorithm was also improved to realize the optimization of the original algorithm.
