摘要
为保证高炮侦察系统竞标试验的公平性,建立了标准坐标系,将目标坐标的标准值数据、被试品数据变换到标准坐标系,统计出标准坐标系下的测量精度,并确定了标准坐标系下精度和被试品坐标系下精度的变换关系。基于上述变换,建立了通用的测量精度数据处理方法并编写了通用程序。应用在某型高炮侦察系统竞标试验的13种侦察系统中,测量精度试验结果表明,此方法可通用于目标指示雷达、搜索雷达、跟踪雷达、光电跟踪分系统的测量精度检测,满足竞标试验的公平性需求,亦可应用于鉴定试验。
The fairness in the bidding test of antiaircraft gun reconnaissance system is to be guaranteed through building standard coordinate system,transforming standard data and testee data to standard coordinate system,calculating the measurement accuracy under the standard coordinate system,with the relationship beween the accuracy under the standard coordinate system and the accuracy under the testee coordinate system derived.Based on the transformation above,a universal data processing method for measurement accuracy of antiaircraft gun reconnaissance system was proposed and a universal program was set up.The method and program was used in the bidding test for accuracy of 13 kinds of a certain type of antiaircraft gun reconnaissance system,with the accuracy result showing that the program can be used to test the measurement accuracy of target indicating radar,search radar,tracking radar and optical tracking system,meeting the requirement of the bidding test in terms of fairness as well as approval test in terms of evaluation.
