摘要
在社区教育中推进数字化学习模式,是进一步完善终身教育体系,提高居民信息素养和促进和谐社会建设的重要支撑。目前我国的社区教育还存在基础设施建设发展不均衡、资源数量和质量不高、学习形式单一、人才队伍建设滞后等方面的问题。需要通过积极实施完善数字化学习环境、整合学习资源、创新教学模式、提高社区教育队伍以及社区成员信息素养等措施,以加速终身教育理念和体系建设的进程。
The promotion of digital learning model in community education is an essential support to further optimize the lifelong education system,improve residents’information literacy and promote the construction of a harmonious society.At present,there are still problems facing the community education such as the uneven development of infrastructure construction,the low quantity and quality of resources,the single form of learning,and the lag in the building of talent teams.The following measures of improving the digital learning environment,integrating learning resources,innovating teaching models,and improving the information literacy of community education team and community members should be taken with the aim of accelerating the construction of lifelong education concepts and system.
