摘要
不同车轮踏面与不同轨道的配合,对于车辆在轨道上的运行情况有着很大的影响,与高速铁路车辆在轨道上运行时的乘客的舒适性、车辆的安全性及铁路车辆车轮与轨道之间的动力特性密切相关。为研究美国车轮踏面(AAR型踏面)与LMA踏面的动力学性能,采用专业的轨道车辆系统动力学分析软件SIMPACK进行不同踏面的车辆建模分析,通过不同轮对踏面在同一钢轨上的运行情况,对比分析两种踏面的车辆的动力学性能。文章就车辆在轨道上运行时的平稳性、安全性以及车辆运行时通过曲线的能力,从这三个方面对比分析AAR和LMA车轮踏面在高速行驶的过程中的动力学性能。
The cooperation of different wheel treads and tracks has a great influence on the operation of the vehicle on the track The comfort of the passengers when running on the track with high-speed railway vehicles,the safety of the vehicles and the dynamic characteristics among the wheels and tracks of railway vehicles,are closely related.In order to study the dynamic performance of the American wheel tread(AAR tread)and LMA tread,the professional analysis software SIMPACK for rail vehicle system dynamics is used to carry out vehicle modeling and analysis of different treads,and different treads on the same rail are simulated.Comparative analysis of the dynamic performance of two tread vehicles is given.In this paper,considering the main dynamic performance of the vehicle when running on the track,the stability of the vehicle during operation,the safety and the ability to pass the curve when the vehicle is running,the AAR and LMA wheel treads are compared in the process of high speed.
