内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

Comparative Analysis of the Effect and Sleep of Internal Fixation and Conservative Treatment for Multiple Rib Fractures

目的:比较内固定与保守疗法治疗多发肋骨骨折的疗效及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2015年6月至2019年6月湖北谷城县人民医院心胸外科收治的多发肋骨骨折患者32例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组16例。对照组患者予以保守治疗,观察组患者予以内固定治疗,比较2组患者治疗情况、治疗后不同时段各项评分以及治疗效果。结果:通过不同方式的有效治疗后,观察组患者在留院时间、镇痛药物应用时间、下床活动时间以及胸管留置时间均优于对照组患者;治疗前2组患者的SSRI(睡觉状况自评量表)和VAS(疼痛视觉模拟评分法)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者上述两项评分均明显优于对照组患者,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗多发肋骨骨折疾病时使用内固定方式治疗效果明显,并且能够有效改善患者治疗后疼痛感知以及睡眠质量,极大程度上保障了患者的生命质量,改善了预后效果,值得在临床中大力推广应用。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of internal fixation and conservative treatment of multiple rib fractures and the comparative analysis of sleep.Methods:A total of 32 patients with multiple rib fractures who were treated in cardiothoracic surgery of People′s Hospital of Gucheng County in the past four years from June 15 to June 19 were selected as the individuals of this experiment.All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.Each group had 16 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated conservatively and the patients in the observation group were treated with internal fixation.Compared with the two groups,the treatment situation,the scores of different periods after treatment and the treatment effect.Results:After different effective treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in the length of stay in hospital,the application of analgesics,the time of getting out of bed and the time of keeping chest tube.Before treatment,the two groups had similar SSRI and VAS(pain visual simulation score method)(P>0.05),which were comparable.After treatment,the two scores were all better.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal fixation is very effective in the treatment of multiple rib fracture,and it can effectively improve the pain perception and sleep quality of patients after treatment,to a great extent,it can guarantee the quality of life and prognosis of patients.It is an excellent treatment method worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
