氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Loratadine on Allergic Rhinitis and Sleep Quality

目的:探讨氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床以及睡眠质量影响的效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年2月谷城县人民医院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者290例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组145例,对照组患者接受传统的布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加入口服氯雷他定治疗,观察比较2组患者的治疗效果和睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.55%(140/145)要高于对照组的治疗有效率88.96%(129/145),观察组患者的睡眠质量评分(84.54±5.66)分要高于对照组的睡眠质量评分(76.36±5.78)分。2组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项临床症状的改善时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯雷他定对于过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效较好,可以有效的提高治疗有效率,提高患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and sleep quality.Methods:From february 2017 to february 2019,290 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the people′s hospital of gucheng county were randomly divided into control group and observation group.145 patients in each group were treated with traditional budesonide atomization inhalation.the patients in the observation group were treated with oral loratadine on the basis of the control group.the therapeutic effect and sleep quality of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.55%(140/145)higher than that in the control group,88.96%(129/145),and the score of sleep quality in the observation group was(84.54±5.66)higher than that in the control group(76.36±5.78).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Loratadine has a good clinical effect on allergic rhinitis,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and improve the sleep quality of patients.
