脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者应用综合睡眠护理的效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Sleep Nursing on Cerebral Infarction Patients with Sleep Disorders

目的:探究在对脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者护理中实施综合睡眠护理的临床效果。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上行综合睡眠护理,比较2组患者睡眠质量改善情况、入睡时间、护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组的PSQI评分低于对照组,入睡时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在为脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者护理中,实施综合睡眠护理干预,可以帮助患者缩短入睡时间,改善睡眠质量,提升护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive sleep nursing in the nursing of cerebral infarction patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 68 patients with cerebral infarction and sleep disorder in our hospital from July 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given the comprehensive sleep nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The sleep quality improvement,sleep time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the sleep time was shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of cerebral infarction patients with sleep disorder,the implementation of comprehensive sleep nursing intervention can help patients to shorten the time to sleep,improve sleep quality,improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
