综合护理改善老年慢性支气管炎患者不良情绪及睡眠质量的临床效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Improving Bad Mood and Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的:研究和评价综合护理改善老年慢性支气管炎患者不良情绪及睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年8月厦门市中医院收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取综合护理。比较2组患者的睡眠质量和不良情绪改善情况。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者的睡眠质量评分优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者干预后负性心态评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年慢性支气管炎患者予以综合护理干预,能有效改善患者负性心态,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 98 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis received by Xiamen Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects,and divided into groups in a randomized way.The patients in the control group chose routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group chose comprehensive nursing.Observe their sleep quality and bad mood.Results:Compared with the observation group,the sleep quality score of the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the negative psychological score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can effectively improve the negative mentality of the patients and improve the quality of sleep.
