新生儿溶血性黄疸行光照疗法及睡眠质量的护理问题及干预措施

Nursing Problems and Intervention Measures of Newborn Hemolytic Jaundice with Light Therapy and Sleep Quality

目的:分析在新生儿溶血性黄疸行光照疗法及睡眠质量的护理问题和干预措施。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年4月谷城县人民医院收治的溶血性黄疸新生儿190例作为研究对象,所有患儿均接受光照疗法,分析其中存在的护理问题并提出相应干预措施。结果:所有患儿在光照疗法的基础上接受护理干预后,15例患儿出现皮疹、小瘀点,停止光疗后逐渐消退,均痊愈出院。结论:光照疗法可有效改善新生儿溶血性黄疸,同时辅以良好的护理措施,可进一步提升治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the nursing problems and intervention measures of light therapy and sleep quality in newborn hemolytic jaundice.Methods:A total of 190 cases of newborn hemolytic jaundice treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were included in the study.Results:All children received the nursing intervention on the basis of light therapy,and 15 cases of children developed rash,small bruise point,which were gradually subsided after the stop of light therapy.All children recovered and left hospital.Conclusion:Light therapy can effectively improve hemolytic jaundice in neonates,and good nursing measures can further improve the therapeutic effect.
