心理护理对妊娠晚期孕妇心身状态、睡眠质量及分娩结局的改善作用

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Psychosomatic Status,Sleep Quality and Delivery Outcomes of Pregnant Women in Late Pregnancy

目的:观察、分析心理护理对妊娠晚期孕妇心身状态、睡眠质量及分娩结局的改善作用效果。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年1月临沂市妇女儿童医院收治的妊娠晚期妇女90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组应用产前常规护理路径,观察组患者在对照组的基础上提供心理护理干预路径,从应用效果等进行比较分析。结果:观察组护理后的SAS、SDS和SCL-90评分显著低于对照组,比较差异有计学意义(P<0.05);通过护理,观察组的入睡时间、睡眠质量、催眠药物、睡眠紊乱、日间功能、总分明显低于对照组,比较差异有计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的自然分娩率明显低于对照组,比较差异有计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠晚期妇女的护理中,应用心理护理的护理效果显著,能够优化妊娠晚期妇女心身状态和睡眠质量,强化其自然分娩比例,值得应用。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the improvement of psychosomatic status,sleep quality and delivery outcomes of pregnant women in late pregnancy.Methods:From august 2017 to january 2018,90 women in late pregnancy admitted to Linyi women and children′s hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.the control group applied prenatal routine nursing path.the patients in the observation group provided psychological nursing intervention path on the basis of the control group,and compared and analyzed from the application effect.Results:The scores of SAS,SDS,and SCL-90 in the experimental group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were of statistical significance(P<0.05).Through nursing,the sleeping time,sleep quality,hypnotic drugs,and sleep disorders of the experimental group,Daytime function,and total score were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);the natural delivery rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of late pregnant women,the effect of applying psychological nursing is significant,it can optimize the psychosomatic state and sleep quality of late pregnant women,and strengthen their natural delivery ratio,which is worth applying.
