全程综合护理干预对关节置换术患者术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain and Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Arthroplasty

目的:对关节置换术患者行全程综合护理干预,观察其对术后疼痛及睡眠质量影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2019年5月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的行关节置换术患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行全程综合护理干预,对2组患者关节置换术后的疼痛程度、睡眠质量及满意度进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者术后6 h、24 h、36 h时疼痛评分均显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)远低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且观察组患者满意度(76.67%)显著优于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程综合护理干预可使患者的术后疼痛程度降低,患者睡眠质量得到有效提高,有利于改善患者预后,患者满意度较高。

Objective:The patients with arthroplasty were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention to observe the effect on postoperative pain and sleep quality.Methods:From May 2016 to May 2019,60 patients undergoing joint replacement were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table method,30 patients in each group and 30 patients in the control group.The patients in the observation group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention in the whole The pain degree,sleep quality and satisfaction degree after joint replacement were compared and analyzed in two groups.Results:Postoperatively in patients with team 6 h,24 h and 36 h when patients with pain scores were significantly lower than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05),the team with Pittsburgh sleep index(PSQI)is far lower than the control group patients,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05),and patient satisfaction group(76.67%)were significantly better than the control group(33.33%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-course comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce postoperative pain degree of patients,effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,is conducive to improve the prognosis of patients,patients with high satisfaction.
