优质护理在脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用研究

Application Study of High-quality Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction complicated with Sleep Disorders

目的:观察优质护理在脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年6月厦门弘爱医院的脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者106例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组进行普通护理,观察组进行优质护理。比较2组的睡眠障碍总改善率和睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI评分)。结果:观察组的睡眠障碍总改善率显著高于对照组,PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理用于脑梗死伴睡眠障碍患者的临床护理,患者睡眠质量显著优化,且临床病症有效缓解。

Objective:To observe the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 106 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with sleep disorder in Xiamen Hongai Hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group and study group by the method of random number table.The control group were with general nursing,the study group were with high-quality nursing.Then the total improvement rate of sleep disorder and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]score of two groups were compared.Results:The total improvement rate of sleep disturbance of study group was significantly higher than that of control group,the PSQI scores were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction complicated with sleep disorders can significantly optimize the sleep quality and relieve the clinical symptoms.
