规范性护理用于经皮肺穿刺活检术患者中的效果及对其睡眠的影响分析

The Effect of Normative Nursing on Patients with Percutaneous Lung Biopsy and Its Effect on Sleep

目的:分析规范性护理用于经皮肺穿刺活检术患者中的效果及对其睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2018年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的经皮肺穿刺活检术患者400例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组200例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施规范性护理,比较2组的并发症情况与睡眠质量。结果:与对照组比较,观察组的睡眠质量明显提升,观察组出现并发症的概率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为经皮肺穿刺活检术患者采取规范性护理,可减少并发症发生,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing care on the sleep of patients undergoing percutaneous lung biopsy.Methods:A total of 400 patients with percutaneous lung biopsy admitted to the first affiliated hospital of fujian medical university from June 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 200 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized nursing on the basis of the control group.The complications and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly improved,and the probability of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standard nursing for patients with percutaneous lung biopsy can reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
