强化健康教育联合专项护理在精神分裂症患者中的护理效果及对睡眠质量的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Strengthening Health Education Combined with Special Nursing on Schizophrenics and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨强化健康教育联合专项护理在精神分裂症患者中的护理效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年8月泉州市第三医院收治的精神分裂症患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组接受专项护理,观察组患者接受强化健康教育联合专项护理,比较2组患者护理前后的病情知识的知晓率和睡眠质量评分。结果:护理后观察组患者的病情治疗率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后观察组患者的第1个月、第2个月、第3个月睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:说明强化健康教育联合专项护理能够有效提高精神分裂症患者的病情知晓率和睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of strengthening health education combined with special nursing on schizophrenics and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 96 schizophrenics admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received special nursing,and the observation group received intensive health education combined with special nursing.The awareness rate and sleep quality score of the patients before and after nursing were compared.Results:The treatment rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality in the first month,the second month and the third month in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It shows that strengthening health education combined with special nursing can effectively improve the awareness rate and sleep quality of schizophrenic patients,which is worth popularizing.
