Analysis on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Urban Public Transport Right Protection Measures——urban public transportation system in Liaoning Province as An Example

城市公共交通是重要的民生工程,也是缓解城市交通拥堵的重要措施。保障公交路权优先能够提升公交车辆的运行速度和运营效率,提高出行吸引力,切实推动城市公交高质量发展。本文从发展现状、设施建设、管理体制等角度对辽宁省城市公交路权保障情况进行分析,梳理了存在的问题,并提出了几点有针对性的建议,为城市公交发展科学决策提供参考依据。

Urban public transportation is an important livelihood project and an important measure to alleviate urban traffic congestion.The priority of ensuring public transport rights can improve the speed and operational efficiency of public transport vehicles,increase the attractiveness of travel,and effectively promote the high-quality development of urban public transport.This paper analyzes the security of urban public transport rights in Liaoning province from the perspectives of development status,facilities construction and management system,sorts out the existing problems,and puts forward some targeted suggestions for the scientific decision-making of urban public transport development.
