The paper explores the influencing factors and intervention methods of simple obesity from the perspective of nutrition.On the basis of defining the judgment criteria of obese people,this paper summarized the nutritional factors affecting obesity,analyzed the nutritional dietary intervention methods of obese people from the perspective of nutritional dietary adjustment,and was to provide theoretical basis for improving the nutritional dietary structure of obese people.
