Research progress on migration behavior of toxic and harmful substances in food packaging materials

以塑料包装材料、纸质包装材料以及金属包装材料为研究对象,分析这3种包装材料的基本化学构成以及有毒有害物质的迁移规律,为食品包装材料中有毒有害物质迁移行为的研究提供一定参考。

Taking plastic packaging materials,paper packaging materials and metal packaging materials as research objects,the basic chemical composition of these three packaging materials and the migration law of toxic and harmful substances were analyzed.The research results could provide certain reference for the research on the migration behavior of toxic and harmful substances in food packaging materials.
