参蒡养颜颗粒及其制备方法

摘要 研制一款具有滋阴补肾、补血养颜、通便排毒的参蒡养颜颗粒。以西洋参和牛蒡为主要原料,配以红糖、麦芽糊精和乳糖,以感官评分为考核指标,采用单因素试验和响应曲面设计优化参蒡养颜颗粒配方。试验结果表明,参蒡养颜颗粒的最佳配方为:主料西洋参33.33%,牛蒡33.34%,辅料红糖18.49%,麦芽糊精9.43%,乳糖5.41%,以上各组分经过选料、制备浸膏粉、湿法制粒等工序制得。依此配方制作的参蒡养颜颗粒具有滋阴补肾、补血养颜、通便排毒的功效和良好的气味和口感。该研究可为为参蒡养颜颗粒制粒工艺条件的确定提供了科学的实验依据。 Akind of Shenqi Yangyan granule with nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,nourishing blood and nourishing the skin,and detoxifying were developed.American ginseng and burdock were used as the main raw materials,together with brown sugar,dextrin and lactose.The optimal formula was obtained by orthogonal test and response surface design.The best formula of Shenqi Yangyan Granules:Main ingredient American ginseng 33.33%,burdock 33.34%,excipient brown sugar 18.49%,maltodextrin 9.43%,lactose 5.41%,the above components were prepared by selecting materials,preparing extract powder,wet granulation and other processes.The Shenqi Yangyan granules prepared according to this formula have the functions of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,nourishing blood and nourishing the skin,detoxifying and detoxifying,and good odor and taste.This study can provide a scientific experimental basis for the determination of the granulation process conditions of Shenqi Yangyan Granules.
