摘要
在CO2超临界萃取过程中,除了要控制好流量、压力和温度之外,还有一个影响萃取得率的重要参数就是物料的通透性,通透性与物料的装料工艺密切相关。研究了CO2超临界萃取的装料工艺,通过添加辅助材料、特殊摆放技巧,实现了萃取得率的提高,保证了有效物质萃取过程及结果的稳定性。
In the process of CO2 supercritical extraction,in addition to controlling the flow,pressure and temperature,another important parameter that affects the extraction yield is the permeability of the material.The permeability is closely related to the charging process of the material.The charging process of CO2 supercritical extraction was studied.By adding auxiliary materials and special placement techniques,the extraction yield was improved,and the stability of the effective substance extraction process and results was ensured.
