聊城市东昌府区农作物病虫害专业化统防统治工作实践探析

摘要 在政府扶持、项目推动等措施的引导下,东昌府区农业病虫害专业化统防统治工作取得了一定成效,但是在实践中也遇到了一些问题,这些问题阻碍了病虫害专业化统防统治的可持续发展。本文阐述了东昌府区农作物病虫害专业化统防统治工作取得的成效,概述了其采取的措施,分析了存在的问题,提出了包括政府加大对统防统治组织的扶持力度、加大对高效植保机械的研发投入、通过保险手段提高专业化防治组织应对风险的能力、探索推广农机农艺融合模式等措施的对策,以期为确保统防统治工作健康、有序发展提供参考。 Under the guidance of government support and project promotion,the specialized systematic control of agricultural diseases and insect pests in Dongchangfu District has achieved certain results,but there are also some problems in practice,which have hindered the sustainable develop-ment of specialized systematic control of agricultural diseases and insect pests.In this paper,the effectiveness of specialized systematic control of crop diseases and insect pests,the measures adopted were summarized,and the problems were analyzed.The countermeasures were put forward,including increasing government′s support to the systematic control organizations,increasing investment in research and development of high-efficiency plant protection machinery,improving the ability of specialized systematic control organizations to deal with risks by means of insurance,exploring the exten-sion of agricultural machinery and agronomy integration modes,etc.,so as to provide references for ensuring the healthy and orderly development of the systematic control work.
