天香丹对冠脉微循环障碍大鼠血清中MDA、SOD、GSH-Px表达的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探究天香丹对冠脉微循环障碍大鼠血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽-过氧化氢酶(GSH-Px)表达的影响。方法取SPF级SD大鼠36只随机分为对照组、模型组、尼可地尔组、天香丹组,每组9只。各组大鼠开胸后左心室内注射月桂酸钠建立冠脉微循环障碍大鼠模型,对照组注射生理盐水。各组大鼠分别给予生理盐水、天香丹、尼可地尔灌胃28 d。HE染色观察大鼠心肌形态学变化,检测血清中MDA、SOD、GSH-Px的表达变化。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠血清中MDA表达升高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,尼可地尔组及天香丹组MDA表达降低(P<0.05),SOD表达升高(P<0.05);天香丹组GSH-Px表达升高(P<0.05)。HE染色显示天香丹可减轻冠脉微循环障碍大鼠微血栓程度。结论天香丹改善冠脉微循环障碍与减轻氧化应激反应有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of Tianxiangdan on the expression of MDA,SOD and GSH-Px in the serum of rats with coronary microcirculation dysfunction.Methods 36 SPF SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,nicorandil group and Tianxiangdan group,9 rats in each group.After thoracotomy,sodium laurate was injected into the left ventricle of rats to establish the model of coronary microcirculation dysfunction.The control group was injected with normal saline.Rats in each group were given normal saline,Tianxiangdan and nicorandil for 28 days.The expression of MDA,SOD and GSH-Px in serum was detected by HE staining.Results The staining showed that Tianxiangdan could reduce the degree of microthrombosis in rats with coronary microcirculation dysfunction.Compared with the control group,the expression of MDA in the serum of the model group increased(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the expression of MDA in the nicorandil group and Tianxiangdan group decreased(P<0.05),the expression of SOD increased(P<0.05);the expression of GSH-Px in the Tianxiangdan group increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianxiangdan can improve the microcirculation of coronary artery,which related to the reduction of oxidative stress.
