精细化管理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果研究

Research on the Effect of Fine Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的探讨精细化管理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年4月阶段在该院儿科住院治疗的患儿210例,按照是否实施精细化管理分为观察组和对照组,每组105例。对照组患儿在常规护理管理下开展临床护理干预,观察组患儿则在精细化管理下开展临床护理干预。结果观察组患儿家长对各项主要护理质量指标的满意度评分,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的护理差错率和护患纠纷发生率,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理应用到儿科护理管理中,能够显著提高儿科护理管理质量,从而有效改善儿科护理质量,从而降低护理差错发生率和护患纠纷发生率,获得患儿家长对临床护理更高的认可度,具有较高的临床实践价值。

Objective To explore the effect of fine management in pediatric nursing management. Methods A total of 210 children who were hospitalized in the pediatric department from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to whether or not to implement refined management, with 105 cases in each group. The children in the control group underwent clinical nursing intervention under routine nursing management, and the children in the observation group underwent clinical nursing intervention under refined management. Results The satisfaction scores of parents of children in the observation group on all major nursing quality indicators were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing error rate and nurse-patient dispute rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying refined management to pediatric nursing management can significantly improve the quality of pediatric nursing management, thereby effectively improving the quality of pediatric nursing, thereby reducing the incidence of nursing errors and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes. The degree of recognition has high clinical practice value.
