精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的效果及不良事件发生率影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Refined Management in Nursing Management of Neurology and the Influence of the Incidence of Adverse Events

目的研究分析在神经内科护理管理工作中实施精细化管理的效果和对不良反应的影响。方法于2018年2-12月分别选取实施常规式管理患者90例以及精细化护理患者90例,分析两组患者的护理作用以及不良反应的差异。结果观察组内在护理管理后的基础护理合格率、特技一级护理合格率、书写规范率均比对照组高;在意外情况发生率以及护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对医院神经内科开展精细化管理可提升护理工作质量,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of fine management in the management of neurological nursing and its effect on adverse reactions. Methods From February to December 2018, 90 patients were selected for routino management and 90 for intensive care, and the differences in nursing effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were analyzed. Results In the observation group, the qualified rate of basic nursing care, qualified first-class nursing care, and writing standardization rate after nursing management were higher than those of the control group;the accident rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out fine management for hospital neurology can improve the quality of nursing work and has higher promotion value.
