军队医院延伸护理服务保障离休老干部的体会

Military Hospital Extended Nursing Service to Ensure the Experience of Retired Cadres

军队离休老干部是军队医院为军服务保障的重要群体,医院对部队离休老干部护理服务的研究有较长的历史和实践经验。该文通过院外延伸护理服务深入了解离休老干部的需求和意见建议,建立健全健康档案,开展服务内容,包括进行健康现状客观评估、慢性疾病的用药指导、肺疾病家庭氧疗的指导、心理疏导及等延伸服务,为提升医院为军服务保障水平,提高为部队服务质量提供经验。

Retired military cadres are an important group of military hospitals to support the military. The hospital has a long history and practical experience in the study of nursing services for military retired cadres. In this paper through the out-of-hospital extended nursing service to understand the needs and opinions of retired senior cadres, establish and improve health files, and carry out service content, including objective assessment of health status, guidance for chronic disease medication, guidance for home oxygen therapy for lung diseases, psychological counseling and extension services, to improve the level of hospital service for the military and improve the quality of service for the army.
