6S精益化管理模式在老年病房护理管理中的效果观察及满意度影响分析

Effect Observation and Analysis of Satisfaction of 6S Lean Management Model in Nursing Management of Geriatric Ward

目的分析6S精益化管理模式在老年病房护理管理中的效果观察及满意度影响。方法将2018年4月-2019年1月选取的100例患者按入院时间分为两组,对照组进行常规护理管理,干预组在对照组的基础上进行6S精益化管理,对比两组的护理质量、护理差错发生率和护理满意度。结果干预组的护理质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组患者护理中差错事件的发生率明显低于对照组患者护理中差错事件的发生率(P<0.05),干预组患者对护理的满意度明显高于对照组患者对护理的满意度(P<0.05)。结论 6S精益化管理模式应用到老年病房护理管理中能提高护理质量,减少护理差错,提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect observation and satisfaction impact of 6 S lean management model in nursing management of geriatric ward. Methods The 100 patients from April 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups accord ing to the time of admission. The control group was treated with routine nursing management. The intervention group was managed with 6 S lean management based on the control group. The quality of care, the incidence of nursing errors and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of care in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of error events in the care of patients in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of 6 S lean management mode in the nursing management of geriatric ward can improve the quality of nursing, reduce the nursing errors, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
