护理风险管理在手术室中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Operating Room

目的分析护理风险管理对手术室的工作制度影响及临床效果。方法选取该院2016年9月-2018年12月稳定工作的护理人员55名,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组护理人员给予常规护理管理培训,观察组护理人员给予护理风险管理培训。对比两组的风险认识程度以及不良事件的发生率。结果观察组在管理意识、因素意识、管理态度和管理意向4个方面评分中明显优于对照组,在护理投诉和护理满意度方面明显优于对照组,在沟通协调能力、操作技能和工作积极性方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理制度在手术室中至关重要,能够有效改善护理人员风险意识,提高综合素质和降低投诉发生率。

Objective To analyze the impact of nursing risk management on the operating system of the operating room and its clinical effect. Methods 55 nursing staff who worked stably in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The nursing staff of the observation group gave nursing risk management training. The degree of risk awareness and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group scored significantly better than the control group in the four aspects of management awareness, factor awareness, management attitude and management intention. It was significantly better than the control group in terms of nursing complaints and nursing satisfaction. It was significantly better than the control group. After statistical analysiswas statistically different(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing risk management system is very important in the operating room, which can effectively improve the risk awareness of nursing staff, improve their overall quality and reduce the incidence of complaints.
