强化康复单元护理管理模式及康复效果研究

Study on Strengthening the Nursing Management Model of Rehabilitation Unit and the Rehabilitation Effect

目的探讨强化康复单元护理管理模式及康复效果。方法选择2017年3月-2018年6月期间该院收治的IRCU治疗患者90例为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组行常规护理,而观察组则运用强化康复单元护理管理模式,对比分析两组护理效果。结果干预前,两组的康复依从性和ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的ADL评分和康复依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的护理满意度高,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施强化康复单元护理管理模式可以使患者的康复依从性提高,有助于改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the nursing management mode and rehabilitation effect of strengthening rehabilitation unit.Methods 90 cases of IRCU patients treated in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group used intensive rehabilitation unit nursing management mode;to compare and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there was no difference in rehabilitation compliance and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the ADL score and rehabilitation compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). In comparison, the observation group had high nursing satisfaction, and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of intensive rehabilitation unit nursing management mode can improve the patient’s rehabilitation compliance and help improve the patient’s prognosis.
