医疗服务价格结构性调整是公立医院推行医疗体制改革的重要抓手,医疗服务价格一直是医改中最敏感的话题,又是现在医改不得不面对的问题。贵州医疗服务价格结构性调整推行与变革相对滞后,2003版《贵州省医疗服务价格条目》虽应用广泛,但已无法满足贵州医疗事业的快速发展。国家对于调整医疗服务价格高度重视,已先后出台多个相关文件,督促指导各地公立医院推动医疗服务价格结构性调整,北京、深圳等地的调整方案初见成效。以"调整结构、控制总量、升降有序、循序渐进"为总方针策略,紧随国家医改政策,借鉴北京、深圳等地丰富的医疗服务价格结构性调整经验,结合贵州医疗行情,逐步调整贵州省医疗服务价格,理顺医疗比价关系,让医疗机构回归公益性,减轻人民群众经济负担,改善就医体验。

Structural adjustment of medical service prices is an important starting point for public hospitals to implement medical reforms. Medical service prices have always been the most sensitive topic in medical reforms, and they are the problems that medical reforms must now face. The structural adjustment and implementation of medical service prices in Guizhou are relatively lagging behind. Although the 2003 edition of the "Guizhou Province Medical Service Price Entry" is widely used, it cannot meet the rapid development of medical services in Guizhou. The state attaches great importance to the adjustment of medical service prices, and has issued a number of relevant documents to urge and guide public hospitals around the country to promote structural adjustment of medical service prices. The adjustment programs in Beijing and Shenzhen have achieved initial results. Based on the overall policy of "adjusting the structure, controlling the total amount,orderly lifting, and gradual progress", following the national medical reform policy, drawing on the rich experience of structural adjustment of medical service prices in Beijing, Shenzhen, and other places, combining with the medical market in Guizhou, gradually adjusting Guizhou Provincial medical service prices, rationalize the medical parity relationship, return medical institutions to public welfare, reduce the financial burden on the people, and improve medical experience.
