摘要
目的探讨在泌尿外科临床护理带教中应用分层次分阶段护理带教模式的临床价值。方法将30名该院泌尿外科实习护士(2018年1-12月)视为研究对象展开,分组遵循护理带教模式差异原则,设对照组(n=15)行常规带教,设观察组(n=15)给予分层次分阶段护理带教模式。观察两组泌尿外科护理教学成绩、临床各项评价得分情况。结果观察组实习护士泌尿外科护理教学成绩各指标得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护士临床各项评价得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科临床护理带教中建议采纳分层次分阶段护理带教模式,在提高泌尿外科护理教学成绩、临床各项评价得分方面效果显著,可推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of applying the hierarchical and staged nursing teaching model in clinical nursing teaching in urology. Methods 30 cases of urology practice nurses in our hospital(January 2018-December) were taken as the research subjects. The grouping was based on the principle of difference in nursing teaching mode. The observation group(n=15) was given a hierarchical and staged nursing mode. Observe the urological nursing teaching scores and clinical evaluation scores of the two groups. Results The scores of urological nursing teaching scores of the practice nurses in the observation group were high and had statistical significance(P<0.05);the clinical evaluation scores of the nurses in the observation group were high and had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In the urology clinical nursing teaching,it is suggested to adopt a hierarchical and staged nursing teaching model, which has significant effects in improving the teaching scores of urological nursing and clinical evaluation scores, and can be promoted.
