摘要
医院中层干部是否具备优良的干部自身素养,其直接决定着现阶段的医院整体管理水准以及医疗服务水准。作为医院管理者必须着眼于严格筛选与任用医院中层干部,通过全面筛选的方式确保选出专业素养良好的新型中层干部人才。同时,各地医院目前也要逐步推行规范化的中层干部任用模式以及干部选拔模式,确保能够将规范化模式运用于医院选拔与任用中层干部的各个环节。
Middle-level hospital cadres occupy an important position in the hospital. Whether a hospital’s middle-level cadres possess excellent cadres’ own quality directly determines the overall management level and medical service level of the hospital at this stage. Therefore, as a hospital manager, it is necessary to focus on strictly selecting and appointing middle-level cadres in the hospital, and to ensure that new middle-level cadres with good professional qualifications are selected through comprehensive screening. At the same time, hospitals around the country must also gradually implement a standardized mid-level cadre appointment model and cadre selection model to ensure that the standardized model can be applied to all aspects of hospital selection and appointment of mid-level cadres.
