摘要
我国多个地区畜牧业发展较快,其中生猪养殖占据较大比重。生猪屠宰检疫是生猪从养殖环节进入市场销售的最后一个环节,对提高生猪产品质量安全,及时处理带病动物具有重要意义。该文主要论述安徽省阜阳市生猪屠宰检疫误区及存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。
Animal Husbandry is developing rapidly in many areas of China,in which pig breeding occupies a large proportion.The slaughter and quarantine of live pigs is the last step for the pig to enter the market from the breeding stage,which is of great significance to improve the quality and safety of live pig products and deal with the infected animals in time.This paper mainly discusses the misunderstandings and problems in the slaughter and quarantine of live pigs in Fuyang city,Anhui province,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
