At present,people's demand for livestock products and quality requirements will rise,livestock product quality and safety problems will emerge.Therefore,the relevant departments and staff should vigorously carry out animal quarantine work to ensure product quality and safety.This paper discusses the importance of animal quarantine to the quality and safety of animal products and the present situation of animal quarantine work,and puts forward the measures to ensure the quality and safety of animal products.
