摘要
火驱的高驱油效率主要得益于化学反应过程中放出大量的热,随着对燃烧理论的认识不断加深,火驱越来越受到人们关注,而化学反应动力学参数对火驱的工程计算就显得尤为重要。基于原油氧化实验结果,利用油藏数值模拟软件(CMG),建立火驱模型,研究火驱中各反应的反应速率,结合Arrhenius方程分析原油氧化动力学参数的改变对火驱效果的影响。研究发现活化能对焦炭燃烧的影响较大,从而影响了火驱效果,而指前因子对裂解反应的影响在一定程度上改变了火驱效果,这为提高点火成功率、设计火驱方案、认识火驱状态及调整火驱效果提供了理论依据。
The high oil displacement efficiency of in-situ combustion is mainly due to the large amount of heat released in the process of chemical reaction.With the deepening understanding of combustion theory,more and more attention has been paid to the in-situ combustion,and kinetic parameters of chemical reaction are particularly important for the engineering calculation of in-situ combustion.Based on the experimental results of crude oil oxidation and using reservoir numerical simulation software,an in-situ combustion conceptual model was established to study the reaction rate of each reaction in the process of fire flooding.Combined with Arrhenius equation,the influence of the change of oxidation kinetics parameters of crude oil on in-situ combustion effect was analyzed.It is found that the activation energy has a greater influence on coke combustion,which affecting the effect of the in-situ combustion,and the influence of pre-exponential factors on pyrolysis reaction also changes the in-situ combustion effect.All these findings provide a theoretical basis for improving the ignition success rate,designing fire flooding scheme,recognizing fire flooding state and adjusting fire flooding effect.
