摘要
针对大学生抗挫能力薄弱和高校挫折教育主要侧重防范培养过程被动的局面,为从根本解决问题,系统构建大学生抗挫能力培养模式,本文通过文献研究法、综合分析法展开研究,提出大学生抗挫能力"二提高一降低"三位一体培养模式,即提高技能,完善能力结构;提高自信,增强自我效能感;降低期待,树立合理的成败认知。
In view of the weakness of college students’ anti-frustration ability and the passive situation of college students’ antifrustration education,in order to solve the fundamental problems and systematically construct the training mode of college students’ anti-frustration ability,this paper puts forward the trinity training mode"two improvements and one decreases"of college students’ anti-frustration ability through literature research and comprehensive analysis,that is,improving skills to perfect ability structure,enhancing self-confidence to enhance self-efficacy,reducing expectations to establish a reasonable awareness of success or failure.
