高职院校招生难的主要原因及对策浅析--以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Main Causes and Countermeasures of the Difficulty of Enrollment in Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking Hubei Industrial polytechnic as an Example

随着国家教育体制改革的推进,职业教育和学历教育作为国家的两个教育类型同等重要。但由于职业教育具有鲜明的地域、产业、行业特色,在"三缺"(缺政策、缺产业、缺资金)问题没有根本性改变的情况下,地方高职的招生问题仍旧十分突出,成为制约高职服务地方经济发展和本身可持续发展的重大障碍,如何破解这一难题亟待各方关注。

With the advancement of the national education system reform,vocational education and academic education are equally important as two types of education in the country. However,due to the distinct regional,industrial characteristics of Vocational education,without fundamental changes in the"three deficiencies"( lack of policy,industry and capital),the problem of enrollment in local higher vocational colleges will still be very difficult,which will become a major obstacle restricting the service of local economic development and its own sustainable development. How to solve this problem urgently needs the attention of all parties.
