一种小型化毫米波收/发天线阵设计与仿真

摘要 提出了一种工作于23.95 GHz^24.25 GHz的串联馈电微带天线阵列。此种馈电方式可以有效减小馈电网络的损耗和体积,提高天线辐射效率和空间利用率。仿真和实测结果表明:此天线阵的增益可达14.7 dB,E面和H面的半功率波束宽度分别为14.5°和80.4°,天线收、发子阵之间的隔离度大于52 dB。此天线具有天线形式简单、结构紧凑、加工成本低的优点,在车载雷达系统中有着广泛的应用前景。 This paper presents a serial feed microstrip antenna array operating at 23.95~24.25 GHz.The feed method can effectively reduce the cost and volume of feed network,raise the antenna radiation efficiency and space utilization.The simulation and measurment results show that the gain of this antenna array can achieve 14.7 dB,the half-power beam widths of the antenna array are 14.5°and 80.4°in plane E and H,and the isolation between the transmitting subarray and receiving subarray is more than 52 dB.The antenna array has the advantages of simple form,compact structure and low processing cost,as well as has wide application prospects in the vehicle radar system.
