乳腺癌患者感知控制水平现状及影响因素研究

Analysis of perception control and influencing factors in patients with breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌患者感知控制能力现状及影响因素。方法采用自制的一般资料调查表、癌症经验与效能量表、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表对167例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果乳腺癌患者患癌经验总分为(61.01±7.82)分,患癌控制效能总分为(41.50±8.08)分。文化程度、经济状况、手术方式、应对方式、社会支持是乳腺癌患者感知控制能力的主要影响因素。结论乳腺癌患者患癌经验和控制效能呈中等水平。分析乳腺癌患者感知控制的影响因素,能够预测患者的患癌体验和应对效能,有助于医务人员为患者制定具有针对性、个体化的干预策略,引导患者采用积极的应对方式,以期最终提高患者的感知控制能力。

Objective To investigate the perceived control of patients with breast cancer,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire investigation was performed for 167 patients with breast cancer by using self-made schedule table general data,cancer experience and efficacy scale(CEES),simplified coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale.Results The total scores of cancer experience in the patients with breast cancer were(61.01±7.82)points,and the total scores of cancer control efficacy were(41.50±8.08)points.The single factor analysis showed that the education background,economic status,surgical mode,coping style and social support were the main influencing factors on perception control ability of patients with breast cancer.Conclusion The cancer-related experience and efficacy of patients with breast cancer are at middle levels.To analyze the influencing factors on perception control ability of patients with breast cancer can predict the patients’cancer experience and coping efficacy,which can help medical staff to institute effective and targeted intervention strategies,and guide patients to adopt positive coping styles so as to improve patients’perception control ability.
