摘要
1+X证书制度于2019年1月提出,该证书制度再次吹响了职业教育改革的新号角,成为现代职业教育人才评价体系的核心。二元制的培养对象不仅是学生也是企业已在职员工,该培养模式强调的是在工作场所进行实践学习的新型职业教育模式。二元制人才培养的主体由学校转变为企业,学校如何助力二元学生技术技能提升来适应企业发展需求、企业如何与学校合力打造具有企业特色的人才培养方案、学生如何利用校企资源达到三方共发展的问题在1+X证书制度视阈下打开新视角。根据1+X证书制度在试点高职院校实施过程中的要求,从改革专业建设方案、重塑课程体系和强化教师队伍三个方面出发,化解二元制人才培养过程中存在的问题。
The 1+X certificate system was put forward in January 2019,which once again sounded the new clarion call of vocational education reform and is the core of modern vocational education talent evaluation system.The training object of dual system is not only the students but also the employees of the enterprise.The training mode emphasizes the new vocational education mode of practical learning in the workplace.The main body of dual system talent training has changed from school to enterprise,how does the school help the dual students to improve their technical skills to meet the needs of enterprise development,how does the enterprise and the school work together to create a talent training program with enterprise characteristics,and how do the students use the resources of the school and the enterprise to achieve the three-way development open a new perspective under the 1+X certificate system.According to the requirements of the 1+X certificate system in the implementation of the pilot vocational colleges,starting from the three aspects of reforming the professional construction plan,reshaping the curriculum system and strengthening the teaching staff,to resolve the problems existing in the process of dual system talent training.
