摘要
应用Aspen Plus软件建立并模拟了天然气降压发电与三联供联合系统,采用某高中压调压站的实际运行数据作为联合系统的输入,并与某典型用户的全年需求分季节工况进行匹配,由此说明系统的运行方式,并验证系统的可行性。研究表明:入口天然气体积流量为54913.7 m 3/h,当夏季天然气分流比例为3.5%、余热蒸汽分流比例为0.51∶0.34∶0.15,过渡期天然气分流比例为2.94%、余热蒸汽分流比例为0.79∶0.21,冬季天然气分流比例为3.61%、余热蒸汽分流比例为0.313∶0.431∶0.256时,联合系统可以满足该用户全年不同季节的负荷需求。
The Aspen Plus software was used to build and simulate the combined system of natural gas pressure-reducing power generation and CCHP system.The actual operation data of a high-medium pressure regulator station was used as the input of the combined system,and the annual demand of a typical user with seasonal working conditions was matched,thereby to explain the operation mode of the system and verify the feasibility of the system.The study shows that when the inlet volumetric flow rate of natural gas is 54913.7 m 3/h,the natural gas diversion ratio in summer is 3.5%,the waste heat steam diversion ratio is 0.51∶0.34∶0.15,the transition period natural gas diversion ratio is 2.94%,the waste heat steam diversion ratio is 0.79∶0.21,the winter natural gas diversion ratio is 3.61%,and the waste heat steam diversion ratio is 0.313∶0.431∶0.256,the combined system can meet the user's load demand in different seasons throughout the year.
