摘要 通过实验室测量、理论计算、MATLAB仿真和现场实验测试等方法,研究超声导波在城市燃气管道泄漏定位的适用性,得出:超声导波在不同类型防腐层钢管上传播时的群速度和相速度不同。超声导波在3PE防腐层钢管上传播时,可使用20~60 kHz超声导波检测频率;在环氧煤沥青防腐层或FBE防腐层钢管上传播时,可使用20~80 kHz超声导波检测频率。超声导波的检测精度较高,缺陷孔径最低可分辨直径为2 mm,轴向分辨率可达6 mm。 The applicability of ultrasonic guided wave in leakage location of urban gas pipelines is studied by means of laboratory measurement,theoretical calculations,MATLAB simulation and field experimental tests.It is concluded that the group velocity and phase velocity of ultrasonic guided wave propagating on different types of anticorrosive steel pipe are different.When ultrasonic guided waves are propagated on 3PE anticorrosive steel pipes,20 to 60 kHz ultrasonic guided wave detection frequency can be used.When propagating on epoxy coal tar anticorrosive coating or FBE anticorrosive coating steel pipe,20 to 80 kHz ultrasonic guided wave detection frequency can be used.The ultrasonic guided wave has high detection accuracy,the minimum resolvable aperture of the defect aperture is 2 mm,and the axial resolution can reach 6 mm.
