摘要
分析加氢站主流技术路线,探讨在加氢站建设过程中存在的短板与发展规划。加氢站主流技术路线包括电解水制氢工艺、天然气重整制氢工艺及利用站外氢源。国产加氢站核心设备(压缩机、储氢罐、加氢机)的研制处于起步阶段,特别是压缩机仍依赖进口关键部件,国产化还有较远距离。国家高度重视氢燃料电池汽车产业,国家和地方政府陆续出台补贴政策扶持加氢站建设。
The mainstream technical route of hydrogen refueling station is analyzed,and the existing shortcomings and development plan during the construction of hydrogen refueling station are discussed.The mainstream technical route of the hydrogen refueling station includes the hydrogen production by electrolyzed water,hydrogen production by reforming of natural gas and the utilization of hydrogen sources outside the station.The development of the core equipment(compressor,hydrogen storage tank and hydrogen refueling machine)of the domestic hydrogen refueling station is in initial stage,especially the compressor still relies on imported key components,and the localization has a long distance.The state attaches great importance to the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry,and the state and local governments have successively introduced subsidy policies to support the construction of hydrogen refueling stations.
