对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者进行综合护理的效果探讨

目的:探讨对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者进行综合护理的效果.方法:从2016年3月至2019年6月山东省济宁市第一人民医院收治的急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者中选取54例患者作为研究对象.将其随机分为比较组和试验组.在两组患者接受急救期间,对比较组27例患者实施普通护理,对试验组27例患者实施综合护理.然后对比两组患者的治护效果.结果:1)两组患者治护的有效率相比,P>0.05.2)试验组患者治护期间并发症的发生率低于比较组患者,其对护理的满意率高于比较组患者,P<0.05.结论:对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者进行综合护理能够显著降低其并发症的发生率,提高其对护理的满意程度.

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:from March 2016 to June 2019,54 patients with acute and severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to the first people’s hospital of jining city,shandong province,were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a comparison group and a trial group.During the first aid treatment,27 patients in the comparison group received general nursing,and 27 patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing.Then the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:1)the effective rate of treatment and nursing in the two groups was P>0.05.2)the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the comparison group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that in the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:comprehensive nursing care for patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve their satisfaction with nursing care.
