多层螺旋CT检查在诊断周围型肺癌中的应用价值

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT检查在诊断周围型肺癌中的应用价值.方法:随机抽选济宁市第一人民医院肿瘤科2018年10月至2019年1月收治的60例周围型肺癌患者作为研究对象.按入院的先后顺序将其均分为对照组与观察组.对对照组患者进行X线检查,对观察组患者进行多层螺旋CT检查.然后对比两组患者病情的检出率.结果:观察组患者病情的检出率为96.67%(29/30),对照组患者病情的检出率为83.33%(25/30);观察组患者病情的检出率高于对照组患者,P<0.05.结论:多层螺旋CT检查在诊断周围型肺癌中的应用价值较高.

Objective:To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with peripheral lung cancer admitted to the department of oncology of jining first people’s hospital from October 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of admission.X-ray examination was performed in the control group and multi-slice spiral CT examination was performed in the observation group.The detection rates of the two groups were then compared.Results:the detection rate was 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group and 83.33%(25/30)in the control group.The detection rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:multislice spiral CT is of high value in the diagno sis of peripheral lung cancer.
