对接受腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术后的患者进行综合护理的效果研究

To study the effect of comprehensive nursing care for patients who underw ent minimally invasive choledochoscopic choledochoscopic choledo cholithotomy

目的:探讨对接受腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术后的胆囊结石患者进行综合护理的效果.方法:从2017年3月至2019年6月山东省济宁市第一人民医院收治的胆囊结石患者中选取58例患者作为研究对象.将其随机分为比较组(29例)和试验组(29例).对两组患者均进行腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术.在术后,对比较组患者实施普通护理,在此基础上对试验组患者实施综合护理.然后对比两组患者的护理效果.结果:试验组患者术后并发症的发生率(6.9%)低于比较组患者术后并发症的发生率(27.6%),其对护理的满意率(96.6%)高于比较组患者对护理的满意率(75.9%),P<0.05.在术后2 d和术后5 d,试验组患者的VAS评分均低于比较组患者,P<0.05.结论:对接受腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术后的胆囊结石患者进行综合护理可显著降低其术后并发症的发生率,减轻其术后的疼痛症状,提高其对护理的满意程度.

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with gallstones after minimally invasive choledocholithotomy by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy.Methods:from March 2017 to June 2019,58 patients with cholecystolithiasis admitted to the first people’s hospital of jining city,shandong province,were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a comparison group(29 cases)and a trial group(29 cases).Laparoscopic choledochoscopy combined with minimally invasive choledochoscopic choledocholithotomy was performed in both groups.After the operation,the patients in the comparison group were given general nursing,and the patients i n the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing on th is basis.Then compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results:the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group(6.9%)was lower than that in the comparison group(27.6%),and the satisfaction rate of nursing(96.6%)was higher than that of the comparison group(75.9%),P<0.05.VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the comparison group at 2 d and 5 d postoperatively,P<0.05.Conclusion:comprehensive nursing care for patients with cholecystolithiasis after minimally invasive choledochoscopic choledochoscopic choledocholithotomy can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce postoperative pain symptoms,and improve their satisfaction with nursing care.
