农村留守儿童教育精准帮扶的长效机制研究 被引量:6

摘要 当前,精准扶贫是我国政府全面建设小康社会的战略选择。农村留守儿童是我国城市化进程中产生的特殊群体,也是教育扶贫的重要对象。以精准扶贫理念和思想为指导的农村留守儿童教育精准帮扶是要克服农村留守儿童教育帮扶中存在的教育帮扶需求模糊化、教育帮扶过程形式化和教育帮扶效果考核偏差化等问题,强调在对农村留守儿童教育帮扶中要突出精准性,对帮扶对象、帮扶主体、帮扶措施及帮扶效果等基本问题做到精准化,最终达到切实改善和促进农村留守儿童健康成长的目的。农村留守儿童教育精准帮扶的长效机制包括帮扶对象的精准识别机制、帮扶主体的精准落实机制、帮扶措施的精准设计机制和帮扶效果的精准考核机制。 Accurate poverty alleviation is the strategic choice of the Chinese government to build a well-off society in an all-round way.Rural left-behind children are a special group produced in the rapid urbanization of China,and also an important target for educational poverty alleviation.The accurate assistance for the education of left-behind children in rural areas guided by the concept of precision poverty alleviation is to overcome the current fuzzy demand for the educational assistance in the rural left-behind children’s education,the formalization of the educational assistance process,and the deviation in assessment of the effectiveness of the educational assistance.It emphasizes the accuracy of the assistance for education of left-behind children in rural areas and the precision in basic issues such as helping objects,helping subjects,helping measures and helping effect,thus finally improving and facilitating the healthy growth of rural left-behind children.The long-term mechanism for the accurate assistance of rural left-behind children’s educationincludes the precise identification of the helping objects,the precise implementation of the helping subjects,the precise design of the helping measures and the accurate assessment of the helping effect.
