摘要 适应当前煤矿生产短臂开采的需求,履带行走式液压支架得到了成功研制。其能够高效地运行,电液控制能够发挥良好的作用,电气控制系统的设计起到了关键性作用。基于行走支架电气系统要实现的功能,首先介绍了电气系统的构成及硬件组成,并着重介绍了PLC控制器对电液比例行走阀的PWM控制原理,分析了基于Modbus协议的系统软件的设计。履带行走式液压支架在各大矿区的应用表明,设计的电气系统稳定、可靠,其1台发射机控制多台行走支架电气系统的无线遥控操作方式,大大促进了短臂开采工艺的发展,不仅开采安全性得到了保障,而且回采率也有很大的提高,从60%提高到了80%左右。 The crawler walking hydraulic support has been successfully developed to meet the demand of short arm mining in coal mine production at present.It can operate efficiently, electro-hydraulic control can play a good role, the design of electrical control system has played a key role.Based on the function of the electrical system of walking support, first introduces the composition and hardware composition of the electrical system, emphatically introduces the PWM control principle of the PLC controller to the electro-hydraulic proportional walking valve, and analyzes the design of the system software based on the Modbus protocol. The application of crawler walking hydraulic support in various mining areas shows that the designed electrical system is stable and reliable, and the wireless remote control operation of one of its transmitters controlling multiple walking supports,s electrical systems,greatly promotes the development of short-arm mining technology, not only the mining safety is guaranteed, but also the recovery rate is greatly improved, from 60% increased to around 80%.
